The Hamburg Süd Fleet

As part of their one-year anniversary celebrations for the merger of Maersk A/S and Hamburg Süd, Maersk commissioned a 1:200 scale model of one of Hamberg Süd’s CAP SAN fleet to be displayed at their Hamburg offices. This beautifully detailed model is presented in the official company colours in December 2018 and was a great success with the staff.

Alongside the main build, in 2019 the company also requested a smaller version of the same ship to be developed. And at Transport Logistica in Munich (June 2019), attendees could watch Warren and Teresa live-build these models each day and even get the chance to win one of the completed models (provided they could accurately guess how many bricks the model contained!) These small versions proved so popular with Hamburg Süd, that they requested retail versions of the buildable model to be created.
