Venue Theming
Whilst we provide almost everything that you might need for a successful exhibition - adding just a little extra to the venue can make a huge difference!
Based upon previous venues, we’ve highlighted some of the best ways you can really add some ‘oomph’ to the exhibition and make it a memorable experience. Most of these options aren’t expensive - they just need a little time.
Colour
The simplest thing you can do to make somewhere ‘pop’ is to paint the walls. The benefit of doing this with our tours is that bold, bright colours work really well! All of the colour and size references are within the style guide for each tour. Check out some of these examples;
Vinyl Graphics
Going one step further than simply painting the wall, why not take some of our images and blow them up LARGE? Or take something simple but bold. Rental of the exhibition includes the ability to use any image as part of your theming. It’s a relatively quick and simple way of making a big impact.
Built Structures
Each of our tours contains loose bricks for all ages, to create build stations. Cheap IKEA furniture is a good option if you don’t have anything available, but a themed option can be so much more engaging!
Lighting
If changing the colour of the gallery isn’t an option (or even if it is!) you can really change the ambience of a venue with good lighting. Think bold colours, large washes against walls and some specific lighting of the larger exhibits.
Any of the effects lighting you see here (gobos, water effects etc) are supplied with your tour. Add profiles, uplighters or battens to add to the effect.
That something else
We love to see new ideas, and sometimes we can work with you to make it happen. Remember that our tours come with blue walling - but that can be extended with your graphics too. Or, re-print some of our graphics into wall displays
