Local Language translation
For non-English speaking areas, the tour can be translated into your local language. The general requirements are that;
The translations must be accurate and correct. You are welcome to discuss additional or updated information with us however, and we will update the English version as well.
Where text is within a vinyl sticker - the entire sticker must be reprinted and positioned over the top of the old sticker. We do not allow for additional vinyl on the plinths as it can affect the paintwork.
The translated graphics must be produced in the same style as the existing graphics and approved before printing.
Once the tour ends, you are responsible for translating it back into English. This may be through careful removal of the new vinyls (assuming they leave no residue on the English vinyl), or re-application of a new English vinyl. If you wish, we can do this and charge it to you at cost.
There is no translation available for the Brick Dinos logo, though we are happy to work with you for that.
The links below will take you to the PDF graphic of each element. These should be sufficient to allow editing in Adobe Acrobat (full version), Indesign or Illustrator). If you do require the full files - these can be made available. The linked assets used are the same as within the style guide.
If you wish to share a direct link to all of the elements below, please use this link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/faqhdzamlppvnj7/AAC70EXbxxXjBxESl0Jtgfj-a?dl=0
A list of all the graphics with their sizes is available to download here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/209tskuje9qejez/Graphics%20checklist.xlsx?dl=0
Introductory Wall Graphics
Bick Dinos has 2 wall graphics, about Warren Elsmore and about Brick Dinos. Their files can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/x89jehy2nn4m02s/AABTdxRzPV4uenkQjvr0tD_Da?dl=0
The hardware supplied with the tour is a ‘Vector Wall Frame’ from Ultima displays (https://www.ultimadisplays.co.uk/Vector-Wall-Frame/). However, you may find it easier to use these files to create wall vinyls and not use the panels supplied.
Large fabric backdrops
The Masiakasaur and Pterodactyl have large fabric backdrops which include their interpretation text. Their files can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/9n7zwfrup39vtia/AADOgNLejES1KgTq6jaaBYaka?dl=0
The hardware supplied with the tour are ‘Formulate Straight’ 4m elements from Ultima Displays: https://www.ultimadisplays.co.uk/Formulate-Straight/?categoryId=2147498906&tab=0&subTab=1 . We can order translated versions on your behalf, or you may use these graphics to create a similar solution.
Note that you may also choose to use these panels as they are, but also provide additional local interpretation. This could be of any similar design.
Interpretation Graphics
The interpretation graphics are vinyl stickers.
Plinths - There are 4 interpretation graphics per plinth, inside the perspex cover.
Wall panels - there is one interpretation graphic per wall panel
Egg Nest - there are 4 interpretation graphics, not inside perspex.
PDF versions of the interpretation can be downloaded here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/00rtl6k4wzb3vbx/AAAj-AtTG6yRjsR5-hC1HwEca?dl=0 and are editable directly with Adobe Illustrator (or similar). For areas where there are multiple copies of the interpretation, you do not need to translate all of the panels into a local language.
Others
There are three free standing boards which contain information about the play activities. Their files can be found hereLhttps://www.dropbox.com/sh/k9mwov3uor6rili/AAD_RQksWixfXvkV8OOZXdpva?dl=0 .
There is a projected interpretation graphic for the ‘Dino footprint’ feature. This is a 25.7mm diameter gobo. The photoshop file for this can be found here; https://www.dropbox.com/sh/70zkxx2bnjyab18/AACC2lhzLlzgifp5N_FLBLlIa?dl=0
