Brick Journeys
Travel the world in style and learn about transport methods from around the world. Brick Journeys is a new, modular, exhibition celebrating all forms of transport in plastic bricks.
Popular with all ages, the exhibition includes exhibits covering Road, Rail, Sea, Air and Space. Alongside these entertaining and informative models are a variety of hands on interactives, allowing visitors to build their own type of transport
Brick Journeys contains a variety of models - from the small intricate re-creations of individual trains - to an 8 meter long airport!
Each of the smaller models sits within its’ own custom plinth, with interpretation and lighting. The larger models are on display for all to see - with themed barriers and interpretation all included.
Brick Journeys tours with a range of custom engagement activities for all ages. Build your own car and test it out on our race ramps. Create your own town and see how people move around it. Construct a bridge to cross a wide chasm. These and many more activities are included as a standard part of the tour, along with a “making of” video.
Brick Journeys is modular and can be displayed in a number of configurations. It is designed for both small and large venues, with options for 300, 600 or 900sqm. It works well as both a stand-alone exhibition, and alongside an existing collection.
Brick Journeys also includes a full ‘digital companion’, allowing visitors to scan QR codes placed within the exhibition. This leads them onto more information about each exhibit, including ‘behind the scenes’ information and a full audio guide.
