Packing Instructions - Pallets of hoods (Brick Wonders and Brick City ONLY)
‘Pallet Box’ tour half packed
Brick Wonders and Brick City pack the hoods, plinths and models all separately.
These are the instructions to pack the hoods.
The plinth should arrive fully packed. The components of these plinths include;
Pallet;
2 (two) black pallets
6 (six) pallet collars
Packaging;
1 (one) black padded bag PER HOOD.
16 Velcro Logistraps
2 long ratchet straps
Unpacking Procedure
Packed Pallet (secured with Velcrostraps, but ratchet straps are better)
Is straight forward. Do NOT unpack hoods until they can be placed straight onto the plinths. This avoids accidental breakage.
Place all packing materials on the pallet(s) and secure with ratchet straps.
Tools Required
None, other than supplied straps
Packing Procedure
First, make sure every hood is placed inside a bag and sealed closed. The easiest way to do this is;
Lift the hood from the plinth and place on the floor, open side down.
Put the bag over the hood.
Pull the bag down to the bottom of the hood.
Zip closed.
